All orders are fulfilled by a third-party vendor, with warehouses located in the US and UK. It takes between 2 to 5 business days to fulfill an order and standard shipping can take up to 5 to 10 business days.

Once you've placed an order, you will not be able to edit the order details or cancel it.

During the holiday season, shipping times can be delayed. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we do ship worldwide, but if you reside outside of the US or UK, you will be responsible for any duty and/or taxes for international orders and it may take longer for your order to arrive.

For same day shipping:
US/Canada Residents: Same day shipping for all orders placed before 12 PM EST
UK Residents: Same day shipping for all orders placed before 12 PM GMT

Unfortunately, shipping labels are printed immediately so we are unable to update shipping addresses that are not correctly entered at checkout.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse facility.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We also offer interest-free payment plans with AfterPay.

If you are an international customer, please note that primary currency for our e-commerce store is USD.

If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos to our customer service inbox at info@blackcurlmagic.com.

If applicable, we are happy to offer a free one-time replacement of the damaged item.
